How long will a quote take?

This is dependent on the details given and style of product. We aim to turnaround quote within 24 hours, no more than 48 hours however some may take up to 72 hours if a bespoke design is required.

The more information you are able to provide when submitting the initial inquiry, the quicker we can turnaround the quote.

To help to turnaround the quotes as quickly as possible, please give us the following:

  • Dimension of the box
  • Material, if known, if not known, please provide details to allow us to quote the most suitable board grade
  • What the product is to be packaged
  • Style of boxes, if unsure a photo of something similar will help.
  • Printing details if required, number of colors to be printed.
  • If printed would you like a varnished or matte finish

Can I use my own design?

Yes, that isn’t a problem. Files can be sent in a PDF format or AI


Do you have an in-house design team who can help me with my project?

Yes, we have an experienced team who are on hand to help and advise on the most suitable and cost effective design for your product


Can I have a free sample?

Yes, it’s only for stock sample. If bespoke sample, sample fee is requited.

Sample approval: sample will be sent out to check the dimensions and style of the product is suitable.


What types of cardboard do you print onto?

All our products are printed on C1S & C2S cardboard, ivory board, kraft paper and corrugated in fluting.


What is the minimum order quantity for custom packaging?

This can vary due to the size of the box and style. It’s hard to give a certain reply. When quoting we will quote based on the minimum order quantity. Regularly, we require at least 1,000 pcs


Do I have to pay for cutting form or printing plate?

Any tooling required would be invoiced to the customer and would then remain the property of the customer. This cost is one off cost and is invoiced with the first delivery.

Cutting form will be required for any bespoke style product as they are unique.

Printing plate will be required for any print products, the cost of which can vary depending on the number of colors to be printed.


How is shipping calculated

Delivery charges will be separate calculated depending on air or sea shipment


How long will it take to receive my order

This is depending on. For sample delivery, we use air shipment usually 4-5 days; for bulk order delivery, if we use sea shipment, usually 15-25 days which would also be depend on.


How will my boxes be packaged and sent to me?

All our products are packed in standard export carton if needed to be palletized to best fit on a standard 1200 x 1000 mm pallet. Product will be strapped so they are secure and clearly labelled.


Can you split an order and ship to different destinations

Yes, can do this but we would need this information when quoting or processing the order if possible.


Can you combine multiple orders and ship them together?

As part of our ongoing in-house efficiency we do aim to combine deliveries and ship together to keep transport cost down for both parties.


Will I receive tracking information for my order?

All our deliveries are booked in with customers with 24 hours’ notice

This can be done via a call or email whichever is preferable.
